2. Agile Project Management Framework

Learning Objectives - Participants will learn about the Agile Manifesto and Agile Principles, they will learn how to apply Agile tools and techniques in projects.

Topics- What is Agility, Agile Manifesto, Agile Principles.

3. Agile Planning, Monitoring and Adapting

Learning Objectives - Participants will learn how to apply Agile planning techniques to plan Agile projects, they will also learn on how to monitor and control projects that are in-progress using Agile monitoring and control techniques. They will understand how to adapt to the changes in the environment.

Topics -Retrospectives, Task/Kaban boards, Timeboxing, Iteration and Release Planning, WIP Limits, Burn Down/up Charts, Cumulative Flow Diagrams, Process Tailoring, Variance and trend analysis, Daily stand ups, Backlog grooming/refinement, Product-feedback loop.

4. Agile Estimation

Learning Objectives- Participants will learn to estimate using Agile estimation techniques such as Planning Poker, Ideal Days and T-shirt Sizing Methods.

Topics - Relative Sizing/Story Points, Wide Band Delphi/Planning Poker, Affinity Estimating, Ideal Time.

5. Agile Analysis & Design

Learning Objectives - Participants learn how to conduct project analysis using tools such as Product Roadmaps, User Story Mapping and also learn about Agile design techniques such as Agile Modelling, Chartering and Personas.

6. Communication
